Far beyond Monroe, GA...

Just wanted to let you all know about an opportunity my dad will be able to participate in next month.   He'll be going with a team to Haiti to work on providing water filters for people who have no clean drinking water.   They will begin in Dominican Republic to look at an operating plant and then get materials together and drive 10 hours to Haiti, where they will work on getting a plant up and going.  He will specifically be involved in the kiln construction and the clay grinding and mixing, and is hoping to assist in finding locally available materials to set up the project.  Thanks for thinking of him and the team as they prepare to go and try to share "a cup of cold water"...
Here's a video about what he'll be part of.
